wait and find out what is going on first, then if your needed there, call a friend or a taxi, or get hubby to drive you. (((((hugs)))))))

Lisa, don't panic first of all. One way or the other you won't be letting anyone down. You do have to think about yourself too. Your health is important. Like Cindy said, wait to find out what is going on and take it from there. Luv ya!

Take as much a deep breath as you can, Lisa. You don't want her worrying about you at this time. Calmness begets calmness! Honest!

I sure hope that your daughter and the baby go well. The maternity ward will know what to do and how to handle that. I know you'd prefer to be well enough tobe there to support her.
I know it'd be great if she were well enough to be with you and support you, too. I do hope things can improve for you. Prayers that the worst of all that's going on can improve. I'm so sorry.
Others are giving you good advice. It's hard to sit tight when a daughter is having a baby. My daughter had her second one in a few hours with her husband in attendance. I saw the first one, Jamal, born, but I was home waiting for the second. So this tilme you might be too ill to be of help in the hospital. You will not be letting her down because she knows how much you love Kayden and want to be there. Even if you go, you might not be able to stay until the baby gets here. In this case it is the thought that counts! Gerry
reading your comments, i see your daughter had a false start, She is such a sweetie saying that you will not miss out. she and yourself are in my prayers for the coming week.

I am way behind with alerts , just catching up and noticed that it was a false alarm.
I suffer from agorophobia along with other health issues so was unable to go to the hospital when my youngest daughter had her first baby . I do not think that your daughter will feel let down, you can only do so much and physically if you cannot get there that does not make you a failure. I know that you may feel differently about it, but i am sure she will understand
Take care
hugs Jayne
