My logs

This is my note book that I put all of my readings in. It's sloppy and I hope you'll be able to read it.

I studied these numbers especially for the past month.  They don't look too bad to me considering what is going on with your swelling. The doctor wants me to keep my sugar below 110 as any number above he says indicates sugar diabetes.  I started to run 113 but got it back under and I feel so much better, so it might not seem like much improvement but I would cut out every speck of sugar in your diet if I were you.  Cutting back on all sugary drinks, desserts, etc, has also helped my fluid retention in my legs.  I have had high blood pressure a long time for which I take 4 pills.  Your blood pressure is running high some days it looks like here, but actually the numbers are better than I expected, so I think that the problem must be with that one lung and whatever this has all done to your heart to cause the CHF.  That sounds like a very scary thing to experience. You are so young, it is no wonder you feel frustrated.  Do you smoke?  Gerry

Could see your notes but simply do not understand your blood sugars, you must have a totally different system over there.  Ours read up from seven.  Anything above fourteen and you need to start really worrying.  It amazes me that you have figures like 217, as I say you must have a completely different systhttp://journals.aol.co.uk/jeanno43/JeannettesJottings/em.

Are you on meds for diabetes?  I don't remember if you are.  Those numbers for your sugar are too high.  You want your sugar around 100 or less.

Your sugar levels aren't good dear, too high over 110 puts you in the diabetic category, what are they doing for you regarding the sugar readings, please stay away from anything sugar wise, even your PB readings aren't that great dear, etc the other readings also.  Someone has to help you, speak up for you so you can get some help dear.
