~Pictures of Kayden & the rest~

I thought I'd share some pictures.
I'm still up and I'm going through that 'not sleeping' crap. uuuhhgg!
I really should be tired, I had to take 2 Dorvosets to help take the edge off of the fibromyalgia.
Today when my physical therapist came, I asked if he could rub my legs. I normally only allow him to massage my back and hips. Through my clothes. I layed on my stomache and OH WOW! I told him what dh did and where a lot of my pains have been. The minute he touched me, I let out a scream! Just a natural reaction, and I think I scared him. He stopped right away to see if I was alright. I was crying so badly! No wonder I've been having problems walking...all kinds of cramped up muscles of all sizes too! Ouchie!

He also got my hips and back again since I was laying on my stomache. Now that felt so good. It all does, but I have to go through the pain first and then it happens. Even if its for a few hours...thats great because at least I would have that time to feel good. :o)
He was very surprised at how bad my legs were. It really is so hard to get across what you mean.
4:00 am. I'm glad that tomorrow is a free day! YAY! :o) At least I think it is. lol Oh well...I'm hoping I can go to bed here real soon and get the right amount of sleep. :o)
I'm finishing here. I hope that everyone has a pain free day.

I am down to Doc's where I can see photos and looked at these.  The one of Kayden with his big blue eyes looking so prominent is striking.  When I had a crash once that lasted about two years I had inflammation that was so painful.  I had the money to go to a chiropracter once a week and that just saved me.  I ran out of money to go after 2 years but by that time the inflammation was much better. I do think that the healing hands of some kind of physical therapist is a big boon, and your inflammation is so much worse, I can just imagine the relief you must feel when those bad knots get worked on. Let us hope so.  Gerry
