I GOT A NEW FUR BABY!!!! YAY!

.....Just to let you know, nothing in this journal's entry is toward anyone in specific, I use it to write my feelings, and about my illnesess, and in hopes it might help someone else as I do.I do not pretend nor imatate to be someone I'm not. And if you might take an entry wrong and feel that it is about you, I'm sorry but It isn't, it just may seem to coincide with your own life. And if there is something in what I write that "offends" you, options; don't read, or realize that this IS real life, and get out of your plastic bubble and learn more about it! God bless you!......

Good morning! I hope that this finds everyone doing well!

Last night, dh my daughter and my grandson and I went out to dinner. It was fun! We came home and someone was at the front door! It was a guy that lives across the street from us and my daughter was the one that answered the door. I was changing and dh was out back.
He asked my daughter if we wanted a black lab collie mix puppy! She told him that yes we do...lol...but he'd have to go out back and talk to dh! So he did! He didn't want to take her to the pound and he thought of us! :o) My dh said that he'd have to see her first and then think about it. The guy said ok and went to bring her over! Do you believe in love at first sight?! I sure so! :o) She is one years old and has had all of her shots updated and he has her trained so well that you can walk her without a leash! Wow! I don't know how many times I've said I wish we could get a puppy that was already potty broke so I could have one!

And...it happened! :o) I just can't get this smile off my face! lol You could even chisle it off! lol Her name is Madia. A pretty name for such a beautiful puppy! She is so well behaived! She even slept in my bed with me last night! YAY! I loved it! lol
She also thinks she a lap dog! LOL She will come to me if I'm sitting and jump up into my lap! LOL Too adorable!!! Even my wheelchair doesn't scare her or anything! How cool is that!
Sooooo....dh automatically fell in love with her too! And that means we have her!!! YAY!!! :o) I am just so happy! I just had to share this!
Ineed to go....I hope you have a wonderful day! Gods blessings to all of you!

Oh that is so cool, you really did have a good week.  I can see the smile on your face and Madias.  Looks like grandson likes her too.  I think a pet will be very good for you, especially one who is already trained.  Have a great day, Joni

Madia is a lovely name!  I'm glad that neighbor thought of you and your family:)  Obviously a great fit for a new family member, just furry.  I know your grandson will love her, too.

Congratulations on your new family member, Lisa!  I'm a firm believer, that everyone should have a pet.  Especially people who suffer with debilitating health problems, like you do.  You need that companionship and love, that only a dog/or cat.. (I prefer dogs) can give.  I'm glad she makes you happy! :)
