Thank you all for your comments. :o) I just got back from seeing my sleep specialist and I told him what had happened last night. He did give me an EKG and it was ok. Whew! I have pluricy, and he really wanted me to get am enduced stress test done today, but I didn't want to. I should have I guess, but I didn't. He told me that if I have pain like that again to get ahold of him immeditly because of my heart and congestive heart failure thats in my family. When I was taking in the deep breaths last night to try to help myself....was wrong to do! I had no idea. He said that by doing so, it was making my heart rub against the linning. He could hear that with his stethiscope! EEeK! So...this will last about 2-3 weeks if I'm a good girl and stay in bed and rest. :o) So...Geesh...now I have more pain on top of what I already live with everyday! :o) lol Oh well! :o) Just very thankful that I didn't have a heart attack! I'm to really keep the stress down as much as possible...lol..yea right! :o) I'm living...so...um...stress? :o) Everyone has it, it's like a finger print! :o) Ok...if I don't make light of what I was told by the doctor and what I experianced last night, I won't get through this day! :o)

pluricy, yuck, that crap hurts when you have it. But glad to hear you have that , I mean not glad, but you know what I mean, its better than a heart problem.
