Since yesterday after I posted my last entry, I went to my mail box. All I see are the little envelopes! Nothing else! So I don't know what mail I have, or what mail I can open! Is anyone else having this problem?

i can tell you EXACTLY what to do so write this down. Many years ago this happened to me and a J Lander explained to me how to fix it. Your email needs compacted..it has grown so huge (like a bunch of envelopes trying to fit into a small box) that it cant retain anymore info. You need to do what i am going to tell you every time you log on or every other day. I do this daily before i ever log on and it keeps my email showing up.
sign off AOL
go back to the screen where it shows your screen name and wants your password.
Look up at the top of the screen....on far LEFT it says
file edit mail community services safety window keyword sign off help
click on MAIL
it will say mail settings, CLICK THAT
It says MANAGE SAVED MAIL, CLICK THAT
CLICK COMPACT
give it time.....it will compact your email
log back on to AOL
you should have your emails back.
let me know if this works.

If what Lisa says doesn't work, click restore instead of compact.. you have to be logged off tho... the restore option works for me. AOL told me it's because too much was being saved... yet don't they say unlimited??? GRRRRRRRRR

I've been having email problems as well, there would be zero and then suddenly I had almost sixty. They have been saving them for me, I guess.
