Update

An update on my doctors appt. They took my blood pressure and it was a bit lower. That was good. Then my doctor had me take a breathing test and a blood sugar test. My blood sugar was 93. The breathing test through me into a seizure. Then I was very dizzy to where I couldn't sit up. They put me on the exam table to lay down. I must have passed out because I remember having that stuff put under my nose twice. I drove there myself and he was either going to admit me into the hospital, or have someone called to take me home. Plus I wasn't to left home alone. My daughter came and got me and drove my car home and dh called his dad to come and sit here with me. After I had passed out, they took my blood pressure again and it dropped down to 72/60! After about an hour is when they let me go home. I still don't know why or whats going on. The doctor did witness it! So...I guess I just keep resting. And i'm not to be left alone for a few days.

Oh, Lisa, not good.  Glad to hear that they also took your blood sugar levels (what has had me pass out in the past).  As you say, at least the doctor witnessed it.  Be well!

Is he doing further testing and if so, when do you see him again?  At least he wtinessed it.  Most docs won't do anything much if they don't witness anything.  Sounds like hypoglycemia and or your seizure meds needs to be increased.  Take care hun.
Hugs,
D

I'm surprised that they didn't admit you with such low BP! When do you go back? I hope he's keeping an eye on you.

Lisa, oh so sorry to see you had so much trouble while at the Doctor....but, if you are going to have health problems, glad you were there so they could witness what you are going through dear and be able to help you. Glad your sugar level was in good range. You just take it easy and make sure you have someone around if you want up or need anything until you feel stronger.  Glad you got the article I sent you ok.  Arlene (AJ)

HI Lisa!

Oh my goodness, that bp seems very low.  And must have been scary for you.  I hope you will keep us informed about how you are feeling.  I really want to know why the doctors think this happened.  Gerry

Lisa, I had no idea you were going through these hard times like this.  I am so sorry.  My prayers are with you and I hope you know that no matter what else I have ever said, I have always cared about you and worried about your health and prayed for you and I will continue to.  We may not always see things the same way, but I will always care about you deeply.  Merry
