Having faith

Faith is your gift
the ability to believe in what you cannot prove
to imagine
to dream
in a purpose
in one another.

Out of faith comes hope.
Hope is your way out
out of depression
out of despair.

From hope comes your will to try
for dreams
for a future.

Love is your gift of thankfulness
a willingness to share of yourselves with others.
Without Love there is deceit -- selfishness.

Faith - Hope - Love
all gifts.

They are yours.

Use them.

The less you use them
the more your flame fades away.

I guess I just have to wonder why most religious people seem to forget all that.  My experience with people who claim to be "Christian" is that many are hateful.  That's why I'm no longer of any faith.

Ah, yes indeed:)
And, to Russ?   Don't worry about the hateful people.  God's Love is greater than that, for all of us, even if some chose to stay miserable and hateful.  -- Robin
