Take care of yourself today. Don't over do it. I know with havin flair ups with my fibromyalgia these last 3 weeks, now that I'm doing better I want to do everything at once that I have had to put off. But I have to keep reminding myself, "In Moduration". It's hard I know. It's cold and rainy here in Virginia, and that makes me hurt. But layers of clothes help that too. So, lets help each other to deal with our illiness, more this year. You have any suggestions that would help me, I would appreciate it. What kinds of medications do the Dr.s have you on that help?
